Transition labels are not consistently resolved

Studio-side

1. create a workflow
2. add a Approve/Reject task
3. add a new transition named command.remove (see newTransition.png)
4. save the project

Server-side

1. start the server
2. login
3. synch the server with the Studio project
4. start a workflow
5. open google inspector
6. click the Network tab in google inspector
7. click the View graph link
8. observe the picture displayed does not show the label for the new transition whereas it does for Reject and Approve
9. observe the google inspector query result. The transition label is not returned. See:
   

Expected behavior: the label should be evaluated
