Assets in the Annotations pill are not loaded

      Description

      When clicking on the Annotation pill, Arender is throwing an error, and the user can't preview and annotate the document.

      On a 10.3-SNAPSHOT distrib, with the embedded database, I have the following packages

      I've run the docker image to get the arender rendition server running (docker run -p 8761:8761 --name arender_rendition -it dockerin-arender.nuxeo.com:443/arender-rendition:1.0.2-SNAPSHOT)

      http://localhost:8761/health/records is loaded

      I've tried on several assets.
