Allow defining webdriver version when running Web UI FT

Since we're relying on selenium standalone to download drivers we should allow specifying a version. This is needed for instance to be able to run Web UI FT on FF 63 which requires geckgriver >= 0.21

Sample usage:

BROWSER=firefox DRIVER_VERSION=0.23.0 npm test

For debugging selenium standalone use DEBUG=selenium-standalone:*
