CoreBulkFeature swallows exception in teardown

For instance, If a test fails with a timeout on a bulk service await,
the exception is swallowed in the tearDown where there CoreBulkFeature adds another waiter on bulk service this time of 10min.

The failure should pop up quickly and not hide the cause.
