As a user I can use Nuxeo REST Client or APIs to download content from Nuxeo using Aspera

This is to test and implement basic API for Download.
To download content stored in Nuxeo from that web application and that the download is managed automatically by Aspera. The user can monitor the downloads in progress form the standard Aspera Transfer Manager window.
He can also pause temporarily the download as with any content downloaded with Aspera. If the user doesn’t have the browser extension installed, a pop up will be fired to ask the user to install it.
