In admin center some values are not read from configuration

1. install Nuxeo
2. install JSF with another DB than H2
3. start the server
4. go to the configuration page Admin/System Information/Setup
5. check the database, it is the default H2 one and not the one installed (see configScreen.png)
6. change the mail server port
7. save the page
8. observe the database type has been changed.
9. observe the templates parameter now contains default instead of the database template previously configured:

   nuxeo.templates=default

Expected behavior: the current configuration should be loaded properly and only changed parameters should be affected.
