Add enrichment helper methods

To make developing enrichment services easier, we should add some helpful enhancements.

• Restclient needs a flag to not add default headers
• EnrichmentUtils needs a getBlobFromProvider method
• EnrichmentTestFeature could do with a setupBlobForStream method
