Creates the initial service for Data Validation, locally in Nuxeo, to be used by the REST API while defining the Custom Model.

- GetDatasetInfo(DocumentType, Inputs, Outputs)
- GetDatasetStats(DocumentType, Inputs, Outputs)
Also will be responsible to call the cloud service for multiple Sanity Checks on the training data before we start a new model training .
