Send an worker event for each main progess of worker

NXP-24126 handles only worker failure event.

To avoid to override default worker simply to trigger event, customers are
interesting to handle other default worker event such as:

workerScheduled
workerRunning
workerCompleted

We also need the possibility to add more context in the event
