Unify parent pom artificactId from parent to nuxeo-xxx-parent

A few parent pom artifact id are set to "parent" instead of the most frequent "nuxeo-xxx-parent"

It's not pretty important, but best to apply systematically this kind of rule for easier readability and for patterns when broke can lead to confusion.
