Fix Google Drive option availability on creation page when it is enabled (docker)

Environment : Web UI and Chrome (and reproduced with other browsers). Installed with docker compose

Step to reproduce :

• Install Live Connect and configure Google Drive
• Enable Google Drive from the Admin Menu
• Create a File document

=> The Google Drive icon doesn't appear.
