The following property (contribution to the ConfigurationService) can be set to false to disable corresponding optimizations: "nuxeo.jsf.vocabularies.useRepeatRenderTime".
It is set to false on 7.10 and 8.10, use attached configuration enable-jsf-vocabularies-optims-config.xml
