Minor A typical use case is to add a global header on top of the standard Web UI.
To achieve this, we need to introduce new style variable in order to (example):
- move top position of our paper-drawer-panel
- move quick search position
- refine dashboard logo margin
- adpat the app height to avoid useless scrolling bar
Finally, this should allow factorizing some height hardcoded in each page of the app (browse, search, collections, tasks, etc.)
