Improve WebUI performances with Firefox and Edge

End-users have reported that the page loading is slower from 50% to 100%, and even more sometimes.
Observed on the following browsers:

• Firefox 53.0.3
• Microsoft Edge 38.14393.1066.0

For example:

1. get the permalink of a document
2. open a new tab
3. paste the link and press Enter

On the same computer with MS Windows 10

• Chrome : ~ 4s
• Edge : ~ 8s
