'Create' and 'Cancel' buttons in 'Create document' form are unreachable

WHen creating a File document, the Create and Cancel buttons move outside the screen after adding a file and are unreachable even when using the scroll.

Buttons gets reachable when zooming out in the browser.

When form is empty, buttons are already half outside the screen:

This happens with Firefox (50.0.2) and not with Chrome.
