Fix explorer version comparison and latest distribution detection

      Description

      The explorer does not seem to:

      • order correctly 7.10 compared to 7.1 or 7.2 in the global listing (can be checked again qith a distribution named "8.10" compared to "8.1 or "8.2" for instance
      • redirect to 8.2 as the latest distribution, Solen says:

      The URL http://explorer.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/distribution/latest/ directs to http://explorer.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/distribution/Nuxeo%20Platform-6.0. I think it should be 8.2 (or 7.10 at least).
