      Description

The idea is to provide a screen in Salesforce from which a Salesforce user can search for content throughout the repository, not related to any document hierarchy. The content delivered would be based on configuration. See for example:

      http://km.cloud.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/km/

(I will include a screen shot)

According to a big prospect the ability to add content to the repo, and view the hierarchy of a single SF object, is the least common scenario. The most common scenario is the need to search for "prescribed" content and consume it. Prescribed content is content delivered based on relevance (for example content relevant to the Industry of the Lead/Account in Salesforce). Consumption may involve:

      • Reading the content (e.g. document preview).
      • Downloading the content.
      • Sharing the content.
      • Customizing the content.
      • Building a "package" of found content.

It generally does not involve creating content (other than customizing existing content).
