Fix log out for external user

      Description

      When I arrive on the platform with my external link, and that I click on Log Out I have an error "Sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

      Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
        at org.nuxeo.ecm.user.center.profile.UserProfileServiceImpl$UserProfileDocumentGetter.getOrCreate(UserProfileServiceImpl.java:155)
        at org.nuxeo.ecm.user.center.profile.UserProfileServiceImpl.getUserProfileDocument(UserProfileServiceImpl.java:83)
        at org.nuxeo.ecm.user.center.profile.localeProvider.UserLocaleProvider.getLocale(UserLocaleProvider.java:43)
