Better workflow extended audit fields

Modify the following field:

1- fill extended.workflowInitiator for all workflow related event (to show for instance how X is in avergae processing his task depending on who asked at the begining
2- fill extended.taskActor for all related task event
3- remove extended.user

Plus add task duration:

• for each task related event a timestamp of which the base line is the workflow started timestamp
