Support Java 9 at runtime

This issues lists the changes needed to support Java 9.

Launching:

• update COMPLIANT_JAVA_VERSIONS in ConfigurationGenerator (workaround: start with jvmcheck=nofail)
• remove -XX:MaxPermSize in JAVA_OPTS in nuxeo.conf
• remove passing of -Djava.endorsed.dirs in NuxeoTomcatLauncher

Code:

• remove sun.misc.ClassLoaderUtil from NuxeoDeployer (should just close() the class loader now)
• support the Java 9 versions, like 9-ea+73 (> 9.0) and 9.1.2+62 (> 9.1), see http://openjdk.java.net/jeps/223 in launcher
