Allow to customize the address on which the server waits for a shutdown command. Cf https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/config/server.html
Do not use nuxeo.bind.address (which defaults to 0.0.0.0) but a new parameter like nuxeo.server.tomcat_admin.host defaulting to localhost.
