Nuxeo Connect standalone installer does not distinguish packages with hyphens in their name

I have two Marketplace packages, named `package` and `package-addon` which do not contain the same contributions and have no direct dependencies on each other. However, when I use the installation mechanism to update `package`, the installation code wrongly uninstalls `package-addon` as well. Renaming `package-addon` to a name that does not start with `package-` avoids the issue.
