Cannot create folders in Asset Library created in a previous version of the Platform

I imported my 5.6 data in my 5.7.1. When I go on the Asset Library DM view, I have no New document button. So no way to organize my assets in folder.
This is because my asset library has the type "ImportRoot".

The same issue occurs on the intranet.
