Make time completly displayed in date search fields

On the faceted search, date fields include the time, but this is partly hidden because the field is quite not large enough (see screenshots).
It is important to make the time visible because it is taken into account in the results (if I do a search on documents modified until Apr. 19th, it is actually until Apr. 19th 12pm; so document modified in the afternoon won't be found).

Or maybe we can modify how search behaves to make it search for documents created / modified between Apr. 19th 00:00am an Apr. 23rd 11:59pm when the search selects Apr. 19th and Apr. 23rd (without time)?
