As a user, I want Nuxeo drive to handle Keynote exported files as a file and not as a folder

Do not handle OSX Bundle as Nuxeo Folders

We could either map them to a File document with a zipped binary attachment in the file:content field or just detect them on the client side to plain ignore them if it proves too confusing for the users:
