cmis:isVersionSeriesCheckedOut property should report true for a locked document

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Create version 1.0 of a document
      2. Lock the document from the Nuxeo Web UI
      3. Use CMIS client to verify cmis:isVersionSeriesCheckedOut property value is true (value is currently false which is incorrect)
      4. Use CMIS client to verify document check-out fails (this currently works as expected)
