Collections: Auto update of synchronised collections

      Description

      We would like to make it possible to refresh list of synced collections (as well as their content) in background, so that the user doesn't have to manage it.

      Depending on possible options it could be:

      • when starting the application (minimal option)
      • regularly while the application is opened (and in background)
      • even when the application is closed.

      User must be able in application preferences to disable automatic update.
