Improve Nuxeo module loading

We need to:

• Integrate anonymous login for Administrator, to not have to login at each hot reload.
• Pre-define a default deployment configuration with the current project
• Integrate dev bundles with deployment fragments => remove resource bundles hack
• Fix runtime initialization (content template) => need to add bundles list extension in nuxeo-runtime and to cleanup first deployment in nuxeo dev launcher.
