Renaming from Web UI a folder with the same title than a sibling gets Drive into trouble

From web ui, create a folder A
Make it a sync root
Create a subfolder Contracts
Create a sibling subfolder "Invoices"
Observe all gets synchronised on the desktop
Update from web ui the title of Invoices folder to "Contracts" ==> We have two contracts with Contracts name
Observe that locally, Invoices is not renamed.
From Web UI , update the the title of the initially called "Invoices" folder to "Contracts bis"
Observe locally that the status of the contracts folder becomes stalled in "syncing" state, but never gets renamed "Contracts bis".

==> Inconsistant state

Expected behaviour:
*Fix: *
warning in the error screen, saying "Invoices could not be renamed to "Contract" because a folder already exists with such a title" With link to Web UI for renaming it.. And on the second attempt of renaming it, change is effective locally.

Improvement
Invoices gets locally renamed "Contracts_1" and this doesn't affect the server.
