Create the auto-update deploy script for sysadmins

On Widows, antivirus are blocking the auto-update from 3.0.6 to 3.1.0 (via the 3.0.7 release).

The idea is simple: provide an auto-update script in Batch for sysadmins. Then the automatised deployement will be easy.

Important: the script must be run as the current user, not in Administrator mode.

What will be done inside the script:
1. Uninstall any version inferior or equal to 3.0.7.
2. (not sure) Download the version 3.1.0 installer -> maybe uneeded because there is no built-in way to do that and the installer may be shipped alongside with the installer.
3. Install the version 3.1.0.
4. Restart the computer.

The step 1 will be executed with administrator rights, automatically managed by the script.
