Create the 3.0.7 intermediate release

In order to not break the auto-update, we need to create a custom hybride version that will force the update to the new 3.1.0.

Action

• Download the new version;
• Delete the old installed version, keep personal files intact;
• Install the new version;
• Start the new version.
