      Description

      Goal is to add back the helm chart for Nuxeo Web UI in https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-web-ui (and update needed API versions for kubernetes 1.16+ compatibility) effectively reverting the work done on https://jira.nuxeo.com/browse/NXBT-2988

      Preview environment charts should also be updated to reference this new chart.
