[SONAR] Add code quality check on our addons

Despite that the number of addons that we will manage / handle. We have to work on our quality code. This can achieved by different tools like sonarqube. We can also sync with others teams to see what we have on Nuxeo. We can also take the chance to see what kind of Jenkins tools / plugins can brings more values, help us: do we have a cucumber plugin for our ftest report ...
