Remove TWANG from the CI

      Description

      TWANG has done a lot for the Drive team, it will be missed.

      But it has become more and more unstable those months, and since days it needs a manual reboot to work for less than 1 day. This is not supportable and blocker for Nuxeo Drive releases.

       So, when NXBT-3072 will be done, the use of TWANG in the Nuexo Drive QA/CI chain will be removed and the machine will be definitely shut down.
