      Description

      When installing Nuxeo using Windows executable file, some specific behaviors make Nuxeo CLI Hotreload configure feature not working properly.

      • unable to resolve base distribution path because of missing nuxeoctl file (only nuxeoctl.bat file)
      • nuxeo.conf file resolution must rely on `NUXEO_CONF` env variable
      • org.nuxeo.dev could occur multiple times in nuxeo.conf (e.g. due to wizard), and replacement is only done once.
