Temporary external users cannot view annotations.
Steps to reproduce:
- As Administrator, on a Picture document, add several annotations.
- Grant Read or ReadWrite permission to an external user.
- View document as external user.
- Click on Annotations tab.
=> ARender doesn't load and no annotations are visible.
