      Description

      As a client, I can initiate a new conversion by sending to the service a URL where the blobs for the conversion can be fetched.

      AC:

      • I have an endpoint to send the request to initiate conversion
      • A container is able to download the file at the given URL
      • The file is downloaded and stored on the transient store of the conversion service
