Minor Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a nuxeo-data-table displaying some data (here, for example).
2. Sort the rows by "Modified".
3. Access the "Column Settings" (cogwheel icon), unselect "Modified" and select "Created".
4. Sort the rows by "Created".
5. Notice how a number "2" is shown in the sorting icon, indicating that this is the "second level" sorting -> table is still sorting on "Modified" which is currently hidden.
The sorting seems to be correct, but the behaviour is weird. If I'm removing one column in "Column Settings" I don't expect it to be actively sorting the values of the table.
