Remove DatasetExport after the export is done

      Description

      Review the use of DatasetExport 

      1. We use them for tracking export
      2. We upload them to the cloud
      3. We don’t use them after (at least that’s my impression)
      4. We end up with bunch of docs lying there with no use

      At the export finish an event should be thrown to remove this meta document.
